Quick & Easy 3 Bean Salad

Have you ever been in that situation where you’re not in the mood to cook up a storm? Or your friends call you at the last minute and tell you they’re on their way for a get-together, but you need to work fast? Then this easy 3 Bean Salad recipe is for you!

It’s quick, easy, and delicious! Your family, friends, and taste buds will praise you for it. All you need is a few ingredients to get you going. We also provided you with a step-by-step tutorial on how to make it. You can thank us later. Have fun, and enjoy!

Serves 10-12

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup of Diced Peppers (Mixed)
  • 1 Med diced Onion
  • 1 Can of Butter Beans (410g)
  • 1 Can of Baked Beans (410g)
  • 1 Can of Kidney Beans (410g)
  • 1/2 Cup of Eating Tourist Braai Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Curry Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/2 Tspn of Cumin
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Method:

Chop the mixed peppers, as well as the medium-sized onion, set aside, and grab your can opener. After opening all the beans, place them in a large bowl and strain them all with water.

Add the curry powder, vinegar, and cumin to the beans and mix all ingredients well. Add salt and pepper to taste, and cut up some fresh parsley for garnish. After that, all that’s left is: Enjoy!
