Cleaning the environment

Let’s keep a clean environment for our children

Everywhere in the world right now, getting rid of plastic is the in thing to a clean environment.  Please do not go and empty every container right now.  As soon as you open my refrigerator you will find plastic, it’s in the cupboards, it’s in my car, it is even used to package wine “bargain for that one person who usually falls and break the bottle, ha ha ha”.  I’m guilty and am not going to run away from the truth.  I am guilty in the sense of somewhere in my 41 years on earth I left a piece of plastic somewhere, I can’t remember, but it must have had happened.  The problem is that it is now a huge problem. 

With the BBQ sauce that I now start bottling in plastic is because of financial reasons.  It is cheaper and glass is just too expensive.  I do my part by throwing away the plastic in the dustbin when it is empty and do not drop it on the beach or in the middle of the street.   Everyone must make a plan now, stand together and solve the problem.  We are adding by killing our marine life.  Most of us are changing the future of many species on land and in sea by terminating their existence.

Being part of the Thompsons Holidays “Amazing Thailand” University 2018 – Trash Hero project with TAT was amazing.  I am so privilege to have been part of that project at Patong Beach, Phuket Thailand.  Being part of this day really opened my eyes, I came to realise that we are slowly killing our only planet, our home and our future.  Keeping the environment clean is important not only for now, but for our children’s children?
